Weapon Choices for levels 1-60 (Ranger)

Leveling a ranger and looking for opinions on the best weapon combinations during the process. Here is my idea of the general direction I should be going: Feel free to critique...

Lvls 1-10: 10/18 Velium Warsword

Lvls 10 - 17: Silver Swiftblade

Lvls 17-30: switch off between Silver Swiftblade for potential max DPS, and DW with a relatively faster offhand for more chances of success and to raise skill cap. Something like: 10/18 and 10/18 or 10/18 and a 12/21 or a 12/21 and 13/23, can potentially substitute a 12/20 in there but may be out of my budget

Lvls: 30 - 46 Exq Velium 32/36 two hander or Woodsman's staff for the majority, but still raising Duel Wield with fast primary and hard hitting offhand so something like: 10/18 and Wurmslayer or 10/18 and Winter's fury / Edge of the Nightwalker. At some point however I will switch to Duel Wield for a majority of the time as dmg bonus to mainhand increases and DW skill cap increases.

Lvls 46+: hopefully I atleast grab offhand epic, and couple it with a fast primary like a 10/18 or 12/20. Swiftblade of zek comes to mind but is also expensive. Or until i grab mainhand epic.

What do you guys think in terms of different weapon choices for the different stages of leveling? Considering dmg caps, dmg bonus, and skill caps?
