Miscellaneous: Ranger Double Attack should be 245 on 9/25/2001 in Progression Timeline

A small concession to rangers, but apparently their Double Attack cap increased to 245 in the 9/25/2001 patch by accident. So something to keep in mind for green server or even next patch if Chardok doesn't go live then.

We sure did forget to mention it. That's because it wasn't supposed to go live…

That's one of the things we're looking at changing as a part of our melee update. It wasn't supposed to go live, so please keep in mind that we're still testing the affects of that change (as well as all the others) and it's not certain that it will remain as it is.
