Random RPG hilarity at the work place

So... I work at an upperscale restaurant in Winterpark, FL called Park Plaza Gardens (PPG) and I came into work today to find this on the 86/feature board... no one else plays EQ/WoW... still trying to figure out who wrote this.
I'll transcribe it for you:
Level 1: (youngster) Learn everyone's name.
Level 2: (eagle eye) Uncanny ability to spot low water glasses.
Level 3: (accident prone) Less prone to drop items.
Level 4: (tip master) make double the tips of an average day in 1 shift.
Level 5: (the fighter) get in a fight with Jamie (and win).
Level 6: (too much time) spend more time at PPG than at work.
Level 7: (no respect) Don't get scolded by management.
Level 8: (No idea what this says...) Never go down.... ever.
Level 9: (god mode) 5+ years at PPG!
Level 10: (ESP) Know Mr. Brown's true identity.
