Default Highpass Hold NPC's in wrong spot

Several of the NPC's from the Golden Rooster are stacked on each other next to the Dyllian Starsine spawn loc: 39, 126 Mobs including: Beef, Anson mcBale, Wres Corber, Bryan McGee, and a handful of smugglers that should be in that area but not stacked on that spot. I camped the area waiting for Dyllian for over 5hrs and they did not move from the spot. They assisted Dyllian when I attempted to kill him rendering the camp unusable for lower level characters that should be able to camp it. This may be related to a turn in to Stanos Herkanor who was also stacked on that spot, as a High level player was complaining about the mob location and surrounding mobs at the start of my camp. He was attempting to turn in to Stanos, and was able to do so by pulling the group of mobs off the spot and quickly coming back to turn in before they pathed back to stand stacked.

That's probably my fault. I despawned Stanos this morning. He was bugged so I had to aggro him and zone him off so that he was in the correct place. Apparently if someone spawns a Stanos and then aggros / dies to him, the entire script will reset. So if you want, you can make a level 1 halfling and suicide to Stanos if someone spawned another.

PS if you're a Druid, use Harmony on them all and pull Dylin away from them. Even at low levels harmony should stick and last long enough for you to pull him.

8 or 9 Smugglers (2 smugglers remains pathing)

loc 79.01, 167.26, 35.75

If I am fast enough, I can reset them so they are all unstuck for a moment, the first NPC to cross this spot after gets caught up and they pile. It's right on change in elevation going down in front of where Dyllin Starsine spawns.

Fixed, pending update

Rewrote Stanos engagement script. This should stop npcs not properly resetting.
