Game Mechanics: Question Armor Class Rating Fluctuations

Hi,
On my Bard/60 Inyahin my in game armor class keeps fluctuating between 10xx and 11xx (all stats are unbuffed) between days. I'll log on one day it'll be 1035; then log in the next day it'll be 1135 and then a day after back to 1035; without changing any gear.

On the 10xx days even if I switch to my highest AC gear, I can only get up to 1075; on the 11xx days I can nearly get up to 1200.

This is the gear that I wear most of the time.

AC wise I can swap in Imbued Granite Spauldors and Sarnak Battle Shield.

Is bard defense skill bugged like knights? Check your skill list when ac is lower and check if defense is in red

Yes it is. So basically the answer is your defense skill will have the new higher cap in some zones and the older, lower cap in other zones.

It can happen anywhere. It's a bug and we have indication whether it's just a display issue or not, despite a 9 page bug thread.

Our servers will not allow you to log in multiple accounts from the same household / internet connection. Attempting to do so will be met with a Temporary IP Ban error.

If you genuinely have multiple people playing from the same connection, you are required to request an IP Exemption in the Petition Forum.

Violation of this rule will result in disciplinary action and possible loss of accounts involved.

Okay so far it looks like it's zone specific.

Every time I zone into Skyshrine or Temple of Veeshan my skills get uncapped (defensive and instruments) and then stay uncapped for a while after I leave; but then revert to being red again.

Warriors do not have this blipping problem please fix.

Additionally> this isn't a client bug; because it doesn't happen on other EQEmu servers running the same client and .ini settings etc.
