lol when I was a kid I refused to look at any promotional material for this movie.. I thought it was going to be the next star wars, and I wanted no spoilers.

When the movie started, I saw the credits name Will Smith and I was like:

But these many years later, I have grown to love this movie even though it is so bad... that said...

The films will take place twenty years after the original, when reinforcements of the original alien race arrive at Earth after finally receiving a distress call. Where is Will Smith if its a sequel? O thats right its focused on the next generation of "heroes". They scrapped the sequel when they failed to sign Will Smith for the sequel years ago.
