Win eq2/ Loading game issues

I am trying to come back to p99 and I am having an issue loading the game

Everytime i try to launch the game with the Titanium Launch it starts to load and crashes, so I tried installing wineq2. The problem is I cant figure out how to make Win eq2 use the titanium launch as it's path to launching EQ.

I don't know why it won't let me launch eq without crashing. It does say that it recommends getting a different driver version for my gcard but I can't seem to find it on ATI.com because well this laptop is old.
