Goblin Skull Crusher for tanking

Hello all,

Is this a valid weapon for tanking while leveling up in groups?
Or the Drogan Obsidian Dagger / Obsidian Shard good as well?

Just trying to get input, thinking of creating a warrior, and I remember leveling up they werent too good on agro until higher levels.

It's too slow. Use high DPS, high dam/delay weapons until 30, then Scorpikis Claw Impaler. Yak weapons start proccing at 37.

Correct me if im wrong, i COULD be wrong about when things can be used / can proc.

But doesnt Frostbringer proc at lvl 40?

Then why bother with the above 37 proc weaps?

For offhand both of these proc at lvl 1 ?:
Wrapped Entropy Serpent Spine
Venom axe of broodling

Club of ice ocean REQUIRES lvl 51 even to wear/equip/proc

These are the win weaps but they will crash down to the following long term prices ( meaning you will loose plat whatever you choose to buy):

Frostbringer - 4k
Wrapped Entropy Serpent Spine - 10k
Club of the Ice ocean - 4-8k somewhere ie lower than wrapped enthropy due to lvl 51 lvl requirement
Venomous Axe of broodling - STAY away from this, 4-6k due to lvl 1 wield-able, BUT IT GETS NERFED later to lvl 46 lvl recommend???? = you would lose 3-5k in value after nerf


(Ideal combo therefore, from 1-40 Jade Mace + Wrapped Enthropy
If you dont wanna pay plat, replace Wrapped Enthropy with Smoldering Brand (procs lvl 1 for 200p!!)

From 40-51 use Jade Mace + Frostbringer (assuming you dont wanna pay for Wrapped Enthropy, if u want pay then use it in offhand lvl 1-60 and here replace jade Mace with Frostbringer ;P

From 51-60 use Frostbringer + Club of the Ice ocean ( if you have Wrapped Enthropy replace club of ice ocean with it)

so about 3 yrs time when filtered by the effect of the p99 anti-chronoton device (the cursed black ring on Rogeans hand)

Required levels on items didn't go in until at least Luclin. So, while proc level may change there should never be a level requirement on weapons / armor in P99.

It was not listed on the item ala Luclin "Recommended/Required Level" tags, but there are contemporaneous accounts from December 2000 and January 2001 of people saying they could not equip Club of the Ice Ocean until 51.

2003 post of level requirements to equip, but not identified in the item description.

When Scars of Velious came out, there were some items that you cannot equip until a certain level. At that time there were no labels anywhere for required level. Indeed there are a few of those left that cannot be equipped until level 51 (club of the ice ocean) or 55 (primal weapons). I doubt they are tagged for the level.

Most Kunark weapons will not proc until level 45. Some cannot proc until level 50 (some howling stones stuff comes to mind). To my knowledge you need to be level 50 to proc/click your epics.

The Kunark armor you are griping about can be worn at any level, but you cannot click on it until level 45.
