With Fresh on Alt in Hole last week

They open roll for all people who need items, but once you win a roll you step out until others win items.

This was stated clearly in TS

An officer named Tala manages to leave with IBS and the Yael dagger (did the other 24 people get an item before you took that IBS, Tala?)

Mad Max, care to chime in on this?
