Spells: Regeneration ranger usable?

Was checking out the vendor at the Steamfont rings waiting for a port the other day and noticed that the spell Regeneration was marked as ranger-usable at level 55. Bought and memmed the spell, it casts and works perfectly well as far as I can tell.

Don't think this spell should be ranger-usable at all, Alla and Ranger's Glade never mention it at all in their respective spells lists for rangers. Kinda seems silly to have it since Chloroplast is a 55 spell anyway and better.
