Doing some research on the bloody claw quest and found this comment:

"I think there are 3 new dragons as of the latest patch - possibly these 3? [You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.] Yal, Bufa, and Derasinal... seem to look younger than the other dragons...can anyone confirm that they've been around for a while? never seen them before the last patch..."

Can't find any info on Bufa or Yal pre February so it matches this guy's testimony, but Derasinal seems to be a day1 dragon.

Speaking of specific names, have not seen Tantor or Myga since launch, are they not in or just really rare?

Yeah, Myga spawns.

Tantor, Icehackle, and Stronghorn spawn as well.
