Spells: Clarity II

Since few days, some enchanter gave me the spell Clarity II on my character druid lvl 44...

I think normaly this spell can be giving only at a player with lvl 50+...

It's normal ?

Depends on the caster and target. Don't need to be 50 + to receive post 50 buffs.

I believe the equation suggested was spell level / 2 + 15.

So for C2, 54/2+15 = 42

Although take that equation with a grain of salt, it is close, but I think my 41 SK got a C2 the other day..

41 is the current cutoff for c2. Anyone 41+ can receive it. (only apply to single target c2)
