Does he spawn or is this a bug? He hasn't spawned for me at 6pm 5pm, 4am, 5am 7am 11pm 11am. He should be inside the tavern, near trueshot arrows. | ||

Fixed, pending update.
This npc was missing from the database and many different things were wrong with the quest. -Bidl will replace Hendricks at night time in the Kelethin bar -Telescope Lenses quest available next patch. | ||
