Red will see 20 more months of Kunark and this is why I am right

This isn't abstract at all so even people with limited reading comprehension should be able to grasp this information. I'll lay it out in a manner that even Tune can understand. The red server will have at least 10 more months of Kunark regardless of the pace of Velious development.

Fact: The teams server is at minimum 6 months away.

Fact: The pvp servers will be merged at some point.

Speculation: At minimum the teams server will have to go through two expansions, Classic and Kunark, to catch the current pvp server for a period of 3 months [being generous here given administrations slowness to patch]

Fact: The pvp servers cannot be merged if one is in Velious and one is not.

Solution: Velious will not be released until both servers reach it in the timeline.

Let us add up the MINIMUM time until Velious for either pvp server:
- 6 months Team99 released
- 3 months Team99 finishes Kunark
- Undisclosed time for performing merger (1 month? who knows!)

Conclusion: Velious will not be released on any pvp server for at least 10 months.
