Spells: Lesser Shielding

The click effect on cobalt arms is lesser shielding. Seems i remember there being an mr buff to this effect also, which is why every warrior carried a set for the ac and mr buff. Thanks

The P99 wiki shows:

The Cobalt Vambraces discussion on Zam, where people mentioned the +10 MR, have posts dates of 2001/2002, so that doesn't help much if there was some change to Lesser Shielding. The Lucy database shows an initial entry of 2002, which doesn't help for this discussion, but shows that the MR component was attached at the time of entry.

Casted version (Mag/Enc/etc) gives MR.

Does the click version on the Cobalt Vambraces not give the MR?

It gives Magic Resistance on P99, I don't see the problem....
