Can't get to "Step 4 - Loginserver Account" of new account registration

Hi,

I'm trying to sign up for Project 1999 for the first time and have made this forum account, and submitted my phone number for verification, but I keep getting stuck in a loop that brings me back to step #2. I can skip step #2, but when attempting to skip step #3, it brings me back to step #2.

I'm talking about the 5 steps listed here:

I am assuming that I need to make a Loginserver account and then proceed to the Game Setup step before I'm able to log in.

Please assist with new account creation.
