Well the wiki has adopted the faction mods from live eq, and shows them on mobs such as http://wiki.project1999.com/A_Goblin_Adept. However i've killed over 600 goblins, starting at max kos to chardok, 600 kills later i am scowling. According to faction tables on wiki 600 kills should work out to 6000 faction, enough to move me from max kos to warmly, so i'm guessing thats incorrect. Faction song takes me to threateningly so all i know is that it most be be above 1 per kill, because 600+600 would only be 1200, which would probably still be scowling.
Who knows the real faction mods here? How many goblins will it take

Those values have been there longer then faction mod was on live. The wiki is just editted stuff by players and people who want to keep it updated but sadly it is wrong on occasion. Good luck in finding your answer though.

Takes about 2k faction hits from goblins in Droga to get to dubious in Chardok.
