Tune already permabanned once before for boxing, will he get off the hook again?

Tune freely admits to having been banned for boxing on this server, has admitted to exploiting hiding mobs with highsun, exploited dragons and killed them in areas where they weren't able to attack multiple times, and now has been banned for corpse camping.

But because he has 16 hours a day to post non stop on the forums he thinks he can get off again. Is there justice on the box, is there karma in the world? Will the biggest exploiter on the server stay banned? Or will he talk his way out of it again.
