Is starting everyone on naked 60's So they didn't have to do the damn grind anymore. Past like 100 nihilums, and 200 ex (cause their fucking dead guild) azraeal tards

Sorry but your numbers are terribly wrong.
Nihilum has the most player turnover in any guilds history on this server. They've literally recruited hundreds of players, therefore any argument about a secondary guild not being able to keep their players is BUNK. If the top guys can't do it, you can't expect anyone else.
