I think the soda is a big thing! I've been tryna weed out all the just I get just through drinking. Coffee might never go but soda now at "special occasions" and energy drinks are gone! We're gonna revisit alcohol after kids are all grown lol If you know you can live without it, it's probably not gonna hurt to just break the chain. Hope you're feeling recouped soon!
