We are throwing out both of the Statue petitions.

We are not going to be placed in a situation where going out of bounds by mere steps will be grounds for disciplinary actions. We do expect guilds to operate in a manner where issues of this type can be resolved easily and amicably. The nitpicking of rules needs to stop.

Going forward we will be more likely to punish guilds for submitting petty petitions.
