Click effect level scaling?
Do click effects of spells that scale with level also scale with the clickers level? Or do the base spell effect? (Specifically asking about monk epic “Robe of the Whistling Fists” effect “Jonthan’s Whistling Warsong” if it would be the level 7 effect or scale up, but applied to any clickie)
