well they told everyone they couldn't go to work and had to stay home, (earning and spending is the foundation of economic stability) and then they pumped like 4 trillion straight cash into the U.S. economy, so inflation was always going to occur, now we are going to have to deal with several years of high interest rates, to remove superfluous cash from the economy and attempt to restabilize the dollar.
if they are actually economic stewards that is, i have no idea what other secret machinations may occur behind the scenes of the current FedRes, but they are always there
