I meditated a bit ... I will show some of the things I watch and like and enjoy.

Unfortunately some of the brothers and sisters despise sharing, for reasons which are valid, but on my side, I believe this needs to be shown more.

It is actually a main point of contention in the different schools.

Hence no "channels" , but mostly fellow travelers like myself.

May this enlighten you or not, it is of no import except to those that see the beauty of the motions in practice.
