people only consider manastones usefulness while solo, in which case yes its amazing for cleric and is mediocre for anyone else
however, a cleric with a manastone can xfer their obscene mana regen onto any other caster who also has manastone. going to FM with cleric at 80m before rez effects even fades is pretty damn nice
