Taking too many vitamins a day isn't good for you.

Maybe at max a little Fish Oil.

To much cause problems for your kidneys.

Like too much vitamin C or Fish Oil.

Thou I find studies on Zinc interesting as an appetite suppressor (only be careful because it can lead to other issues).
