Of the those 3 I'd go with Frostbringer. Ratio is better than the others and the proc should be stronger as well due to the combo of AC debuff + DD.
You could also consider the 2hander instead. You get great stats and a rocking proc (plus it looks *awesome* imho
[You must be logged in to view images. Log in or Register.]). It's very good agro, but is more susceptible to proc dry spells than two 1handers. You may also find yourself having to explain why you're using it, as people tend to doubt it.
