P99 style is stupid and makes the game have fucked EMu only progression priorities. Should not be implemented this way. It worked for blue because no one knew exactly how the shut would be in the game and most people had never even killed evil eye since people just didn’t know that it was the place to be in 1999.

This guy's right about something for a change. Fuck legacy items, they steer the community's behavior far too drastically.
