How does something which exists for one player but not another create value?
How does the MMO/dev team/players/community/gamemasters increase in value from you having an item which no longer exists?
If an item has a low drop rate and everybody can camp it then it potentially exists to everybody even though it's rare because it takes time and effort to acquire. A pre-nerf item isn't rare. How can it be rare when it doesn't even exist anymore? It's got a 0% drop rate. How is that rare? How does letting somebody keep non existent items increase value in a shared world you depend on?
Why is there a play nice policy if life is not fair?
