Short answer, no. As far as I know, COTH didn't work in Sky from day 1 of Sky; but also, COTH doesn't exist when Sky comes out a month or two before Kunark. COTH only drops in Kunark; and it requires level 55, whereas the pre-Kunark level cap is 50.

If you're trying to plan ahead for a bot for Sky, mage is still good because mage pet swarming is a viable tactic to beat Sky before you have level 60s; and necro is also good for Summon Corpse.
