So while reorganizing my UI and messing around in my bags I crashed the client while on the boat in the Ocean of Tears. Now I cannot log back in as my character is still active for about 8 hours now.

I suspect the levitation or boat movement movement is colliding with whatever logic is used to detect an inactive user. Normally this situation would resolve itself within five minutes as I crash the client often.
