Whats your MS in game? are you on wireless? vpn? if your connection is over 150ms+ you will probably die a lot unless you get the timing down just perfect, even then expect to die sometimes. If you are getting video lag, then invest in a better computer, more ram better video card or something. make sure /logs are not on. turn spell opacity to low 5% or off entirely. I can swarm on red and blue just fine, even with a great computer though my spell opacity has to be turned down just due to sheer amount of monsters and particle effects up close. Also click levi off if ur in velious, some reason alot of mobs bug out and will hit you from further then able.
