I ran the first two blocks of the Barbell Medicine bodybuilding program, adapted to my home gym setup. Without access to a leg press one of the days was 6x10 barbell squats, followed by like leg extensions and shit. The accessory work was np but 8 weeks of those squats like broke something in my brain, and now sets of 8 reps is my hard cap with squats. If anything more than 8s is programmed I’m just doing leg extensions bc fuck more of that bullshit.

Completely understand not doing squats lol. How do you train quads?
