Rogue Epic + Eyepatch of Plunder
Does the Epic Seething Fury effect stack with the haste from the Eyepatch of Plunder?
The way I figure it, both are spellhaste and shouldn’t stack but I wanna recall seeing vids and players ingame spamming the click effect. Stats are still strong I suppose.
If they DO stack I take it clockwork haste also stacks with the rogue epic?
