FoS and VoG were not stacking prior to this patch due to a dex conflict in slot 3. See the Lucy history for

VoG here. On the same date as the patch note,

FoS had its dex component moved to a different slot to remove the stacking issue. The dex component has always been slot 3 for VoG.
