Ran tonight with my surgery stitches still in. To the park, 2 laps around and back. I didn’t want to sweat all over the stitches; the hand incision frequently aches, but luckily it was cold enough out where I didn’t sweat much. Ate too much crap tonight, needed to burn some
Still ran with strep, still ran with covid, with MRSA. Run till I die
