I know for myself Tash Malo wasn't enough to snare me.
But maybe like a pre epic monk, or someone who didnt go MR could possibly be snared? But anyone who knew what was up was not getting snared or rooted with tash malo fucking 100 people spamming snare.
I remember jousting people infront of Nek on a shaman and I couldn't be cc'd and I must of had like 60 MR. This is like early early TZ days where darks would fight humans/lights around EC/FP.
