February 23rd 2001; Post on the official forums discussing the nerf.
Mar 9th 2001; Posts on Alakazam commenting on the removal of the faction from undead illusions.
Mar 14th 2001; Additional posts on Alakazam confirming the removal of faction from undead illusions.
Based on all this, a change should go in for February 21, 2001 in the timeline which removes faction changes on Amulet of Necropotence, Call of Bones, Lich and Arch Lich.
This portion is ready for implementation.
The question about wolf form; It appears the faction was bugged until December 5th, 2001, but that it was unintended. A judgment call by devs on whether to implement.
