Is there just no way to restore necro life taps to land on dragons?
The Spell is suppose to be nearly irresistible
Necro's should be able to life tap up during fights..
If this is suppose to be close to classic without grame breaking - Add cast time to earring Ivandry's Hoop or whatever..
