You didn’t receive this message because of your own failings. Some people are mad you’re enjoying eq your own way.
I’ve received similar incitements to attempt suicide before by pm. Don’t take them seriously, just pity them for being so spitefully jealous of your ability to enjoy what you are doing, delete the message and move on. Block the account if you can’t face receiving such messages again (often these people are just having a bad episode and may be okay again in the future).
