If anyone is wondering, I am pretty sure it is server first, because until 1 month after warrens was added, it took 1 blue diamond to enchant a large brick of adamantite, which 3 of can make a block, and 1 block can be turned into a single sheet. Plus the need for joints, so it would take 4 blue diamonds + some adamantite for 1 sheet and 1 jointing. The blue diamonds are worth 600p in ec, plus all the grinding you have to do for the blood tempers needed, so until recently, it would have been WAY too expensive to make a set of this. Plus, I checked the tunnelquest discord, and the only mentions of the set being bought or sold are on blue. Nothing pops up on green.
