you'd be surprised, i often am. that farmer near you is probably a millionaire, shitloads of them are.
i got a friend who works in banking and he says stuff like,
"Dude you have no idea how many people have 1 mil+, its mind blowing, thousands of people are sitting on millions in just this city"
and our "city" is more of a large town
