Donal's Vamb's up to the point of the nerf should be double the cast time of valor. Which IIRC was 2 seconds, so Donals vambs should be 4 second cast. Along with the Paladin Helm that was right click Daring, had a 2 sec cast time.
Cast time post nerf I don't remember because I never used them again lol. Regardless, all the Kunark Clickies that mimicked existing spells had casting time of spell x2 as the formula initially.
