there are definitely some good anime's out there, and im not really an anime fan.
Evangelion (not sure how I feel about the rebuild yet... will have to wait till episode 4 is released)

I know i'm forgetting a few others that i like, but those are hte one that come to mind when i think about which anime's ive enjoyed, and yes, i've definitely given the genre a decent shot and still am not a huge fan.
I do think it's really weird how obsessed some people get with some of the female characters, particularly the younger ones. It's just weird to me i guess. I totally had a crush on sailor moon when i was a kid, and would likely bang asuka from Evangelion if she was a real person.
