Mistmoore CE for grouping. Unrest Balcony / Basement solo. For 35 at least.

Get to 40+ and try and get into SolB, spent most of my 40s on Rumham in Royals, a good group with a legit enchanter is damn near free xp once you break the camp. Once you're of proper level, I'd bite the bullet and sit in Feer for a week at specs. As a twinked pally, you should shred these. Also where I was on Rumham up to 47. 35-45 will take a while, and, in my opinion, is the most bottle-necked tier of leveling. Only a handful of good spots if you cant solo well, and there are always people at those spots (which is a gift/curse)

Edit: Hands down, by a landslide, specs solo is the best xp you will get once you are able to do it. The only thing that compared to specs on Rumham was the random time I got into a KC Basement trio @ 47 because there were no clerics to be found that night.
