I dont think its fair his char is banned and another (lol imagine this based on who it is) is not. So, him receiving fair treatment is what I'm interested in and that benefits everyone who the rules apply to here.
You can debate getting unbanned afterwards.
I know on live if you stripped someone, you got banned.
