Nilbog is actually interested in seeing this stuff get done, so I have faith.
Velious is the big fish to fry right now, as is tieing up the loose ends like undead training and sky mobs.
Next patch is chock full of shit I have been dying to see.
Maybe we can see the static 4 level range change made. That shit would be classic. I'm sure there's just a method/function somewhere in there that does a range calc. You can junior engineer a one liner in there to just return true for the attackable flag or whatever if range is +/- 4 static regardless of player level (take that logic out too).
