The T-staff should be more powerful thank the skean as everyone and their mother has a skean because the quest is easy as fuck. The T-staff is rare as fuck in a zone that has constant pvp.
If you want to fix both weapons, fix earth pet, fix bard high sun, fix the resist system, fix the range of AE spells - only at that point, would a nerf to those weapons make sense.
Without all of the above issues, however, we would never see yellow text. Plugging would happen even more often and it would be extremely difficult to kill anyone. If someone dies in pvp, it is normally because of one the above.
