SK, Ranger, or Rogue imho.
SK is just a really powerful class when twinked - your dps is decent, amazing survivability, instant aggro, and you probably already know how to FD pull well. Can form the backbone of almost any duo or solo no problem. Go iksar for regen and best ac come Velious.
Ranger is also pretty awesome when twinked, You will tank perfectly fine on any content up until 50, can harmony, and your DPS with a woodsman's staff and good haste will be almost at monk levels, plus instant aggro and cool tools.
Rogue has a cheap epic. Killer backstabs/dps and get some decent AC/hp gear and you can just solo or tank any group you're in up until 50 easily (because you're going to pull aggro anyway).
