I *think* those videos cover all the titanium-supported effects. note: the spells being recorded there are instantly cast, so any hand effects aren't included.
I don't even think I used the georges spells tool. I did use the
spell_editor program from ailia, that works fine for reading the spells_us.txt file. The one we provide with the eqchanges.zip will always be where you can find the latest for p99.
